Herb and Lemon Salmon
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner—even though I don’t need a special occasion to make a nice dinner with my husband. I am looking forward to getting dressed up and making something special this weekend. This salmon recipe is just the answer- quick, easy and elegant.
Here’s the Recipe
Lemon Herb Salmon
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 juice and rind of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions:
1. Place salmon in a roasting pan or casserole dish. 2. Combine butter and seasonings, and pour over salmon.
3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min, or until meat is cooked through.
Serve with rice or potatoes and a side veg. We had stuffed mushrooms and spaghetti squash.
