Everyone in my house loves chocolate chip cookies. I love how simple they are to make—This Anna Olson Recipe is my go-to chocolate chip recipe with perfect cookies every time. For a simple spring Easter twist I substituted mini eggs for the chocolate chips, flatten with the palm of my hand, and then added 2 mini eggs to top before baking.
