Do you know one of my loneliest times of year? Right now.
The last 10.5 years married to Trevor have been amazing but you know the toughest times? The first week of seeding and the first half of harvest. Every year during these times I legit cry to Trevor that I have no friends and no one likes me (true story).
He hears me out, gives me a hug, and reassures me that it’s not true and I do in fact have friends. And then we settle into a new normal of him being gone most of the time, me making more of an effort to connect with friends and everything is “all good”.
But you know what? It wasn’t.
It’s so was lonely. It was tiring. All of the parenting, household duties, and meals was on me. I was volunteering at church on Sunday’s (the only day he had off from work in the week) to serve the Lord — and also the one day we both saw people, “together”.
But guess what? This year and last year were different. Want to take a guess what the difference is?
These last 2 years are different because I have a community that I didn’t have before. We chat daily, have fun, and work toward a common goal.
Last night was a total blast getting to know/hanging out with these women (many I’ve never had the chance to meet face to face before). It was absolutely perfect!
This morning we talked about taking the leap into direct sales and you know what it is? Having COURAGE to be DIFFERENT. It’s not easy going against the “norm” and putting ourselves out there.
But WHAT IF you changed even 1 life? Or better yet, 1000’s (including your own)!
Want to know more about this business opportunity? I would love to chat with you!
