Speaking of fall with back to school here, whoβs got time to spend hours in the kitchen!? Well, I've got just the solution for those moments when time is running out!! My family loves this easy recipe, itβs fast to make, and a total favourite!
βοΈ Easy Pasta Salad Recipe βοΈ
Save this recipe for later, and share with friends who need a quick summer recipe that is family friendly!
Ingredients:
- 3c cooked pasta
- 1/4c mayonnaise
- 1tsp red wine vinegar (or to taste)
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, or until desired tenderness.
Rinse and cool.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Mix and serve with your fav BBQ dish, or store in fridge for later.
4. Optional: Garnish with some cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs.
