One way to save time at dinner

One way I save time during the work week is I buy the large pack of ground beef and fry it up that day, with some diced onions, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Once it’s cooled I put it into meal sized portions and freeze it. So when it’s time to cook supper I can either take the meat out a few hours early, or quickly defrost in the pan.

What is one way you save time at meal time?

Family Friendly Meal Plans

How These Meal Plans Work:

Each week you will receive meal plans to your inbox. Each meal will have a corresponding shopping list. I will also be sharing links to some of my favourite recipes each week, so if you’re unsure how to make something, or looking to try something new you’ll only be a click away.

Oh, and if you’re like me, you typically won’t feel like cooking one day each week (maybe more), which is why there are no meals listed for Sundays…those are leftover days!
